Dr. Saira Khan BDS – Principal Dentist
Saira Khan is the owner and principle dentist at Hale Bowdon Dental Practice. She specialises in teeth removal and restoration, orthodontics, cosmetic treatments and is known by patients for her gentle, painless approach to dentistry.
Dr Jack Livesey – BDS
Dr Jack Livesey graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2016, and since then, has worked with us as a General Dentist who has a particular interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Orthodontics, such as composite bonding and Invisalign.
Sherif Abbas Ali, BEng (Hons), DDS MFDS RCPS (Glasgow), PgDip Restorative dentistry, MSc Oral surgery
Dr Sherif Abbas Ali is the latest member to join the Hale Bowdon Dental team since July 2020 as an Oral surgeon. Restorative Dentistry is another specialist sector he is highly experienced in, as well as providing IV Sedation to nervous patients who need to undergo surgery.
Dr Krishan Varma – BDS MJDFRCS (Eng) MSc (Implantology)
Dr Krishan Varma qualified from Manchester University in 2007 and has dedicated his work and training towards Restorative and Implant Dentistry, and has won many awards including, Master of Science with Merit in 2014. He is also an active member of Association of Dental Implantology, The International Team for Implantology (ITI) and SAAD.
Frances Sands – Hygiene / Therapist – BSc Oral Health Science – GDC 6315
Dental care is Frances’s passion as a Hygienist and Therapist; working hard to ensure your teeth are clean and healthy. She has been at our practice for almost 3 years and qualified at Manchester University in June 2003 with a BSc Oral Health Science.
Dr. Dimitrios Mataras BDS MSc (Endo)
Dr. Dimitrios Mataras has been part of our team for 4 years as a dental associate, with a Master of Science in Dental Specialties-Endodontics at the University of Manchester. He is also a certified provider of short-term Orthodontic system, ‘Six Month Smiles’.
