Invisalign works by applying controlled force on your teeth to move their positioning over time, so if your underbite is a result of out of place teeth then Invisalign can work to fix this. However, if your underbite is a result of your skeleton formation then Invisalign will not be able to help as this would require surgery to decrease the bottom jaws protrusion.
